Through Equity’s Rental Partnership Program (formerly known as the Military Set-Aside Program) and with a Letter of Eligibility from your base housing office, you’ll enjoy the following savings and benefits:
- Application fee waived
- $0 security deposit (with Letter of Eligibility)
- 5% off new lease rent
- No minimum income requirement
- Automatic application approval
- Flexible duty assignment transfers
- One day move-in
- Equal housing to all branches of the armed services and to all rank levels
- Non-refundable move-in fee must be paid
- $100 holding deposit-72 hour forfeit or applied to 1st month’s rent
- Payment by allotment required
- 1st full month paid by certified funds at move-in
